Youth Registration

To participate in the 2026 season, all players must complete both national and club registration steps. Please review the process carefully to ensure timely compliance and eligibility.

Step 1: Register with USA Rugby via Rugby Xplorer

All players are required to register with USA Rugby through the Rugby Xplorer platform and select Austin Blacks Youth Rugby Club. This step ensures eligibility, insurance coverage, and official roster placement.

Instructions:
  • Visit Rugby Xplorer
  • Create an account (parents/guardians must register on behalf of minors).
  • Search for Austin Blacks Youth Rugby as the club.
  • Complete registration and pay the USA Rugby annual membership fee.
Instructions for Parents Interested in Coaching:
  • In Rugby Xplorer, select Coach/Volunteer Registration instead of player.
  • Choose Austin Blacks Youth Rugby as your affiliated club.
  • Complete registration, including any required compliance items (SafeSport training and background check).
  • Once finished, please email [email protected] to confirm your coaching registration and interest in helping with a youth team

Step 2: Pay Austin Blacks 2026 Youth Registration Fee

Following Rugby Xplorer registration, families must complete the club registration form and submit payment of the club fee.

2026 Season Club Fee: $200

Your annual dues help build a strong foundation for both our players and our program. This contribution supports:

  • Player development and coaching resources
  • Program growth and sustainability
  • Equipment purchases and upgrades
  • Player awards and recognition

Step 3: Order Player Kit

Each registered player is required to order the official Austin Blacks Youth Rugby kit:

  • Jersey, shorts, socks, warm-up top, and bag

Optional Gear

Additional apparel such as hoodies, training shirts, and other items will also be available.

Action Required: Orders should be placed as soon as possible due to a 7–10 day lead time for production and delivery. Kits must be received before the start of the season.
